Advise service, video fedback- (there is no master here)

I listen to and look at your track and tell you what I think can be done better.
I make a youtube video which only you have the link to. 
I break down the different elements you have done where changes are required, then respond including principles so that the suggestions can be put to your other productions.
 
This is not a master, I dont master your track! 
 
Upload a link of your 24 bit .wav file (pre master).  Wetransfer is idea, or dropbox, or a soundcloud with download enabled. You are welcome to upload as stems, limited to 10.
